Big news on the Closing Parties this year, is the change of date for the Cocoon closing party at Amnesia. Normally the last and best closing party on the Island, the date has moved to Monday September 27th a week earlier than previous years. Circo Loco@ DC10 now takes Cocoons traditional last party of the season accolade on Monday October 4th.
This will tie in nicely with the We Love Closing Party @ Space, which will feature names like Dennis Ferrer, Adam Beyer, Yousef, Mark Knight, Calvin Harris, Mauro Picotto and a host of other big name DJ's. The party will be over 2 days, Saturday the 2nd of October and Sunday the 3rd. Party animals will not have to wait long to continue the 70hour plus mammoth session, as DC10 will carry on the craziness and open at 12pm on the Monday.
Other Closing parties of note are the Carl Cox closing party on the 21st of September at Space, the Swedish House Mafia and Tiesto closing parties at Pacha and Privilege on Monday the 27th of September and the F**k Me Im Famous closing party with David Guetta at Pacha on Thursday the 30th. The next day will see the ever popular SupermartXe closing party in Privilege on Friday 1st October.
This will be the final chance to experience the full on Ibiza clubbing atmosphere until 2011, so if a person needs one last kick at some summer mayhem, then book a flight, and head to Ibiza before the Island slides into hibernation for another party season.
